Sub-zero Smash

Ehhhh... So it's a 44 MP paralyze spell, blunt-type too (like we need more blunt spells...). The proc rate isn't actually very bad, even on VT, and it has an itty bitty bit of damage to it. Modifiers don't appear to be STR or DEF (or if they are, they are extremely small). But for 4 points, I really don't see this being exceptionally useful; I doubt it will come close to Cannonball damage, especially as a level 72 spell.

To be sure, for soloing it's not a bad spell to open with at all. Can get Fast Cast from setting this and Bad Breath, but I don't know. 5% recast reduction for 9 set points... Hmmm. Might be worth it for Head Butt and Utsusemi, but I'm really not sure.

Triumphant Roar

This I personally think is worth it to use full-time. Normally, the Attack Bonus trait is worth 8 set points and gives +10 attack. This spell costs 3 set points, gives +15% (about 60 for most BLUs) for a minute, and adds +3 STR. The recast is a bit higher than the duration, but with enough haste, that can be fixed. Apparently it generates a bit of enmity too, which may or may not be helpful. In short, you can free up 5 set points using this spell and definitely see some improvement in your WS damage with it.
