I so called this.
Yonin (Lv.40 Ability Delay: 5 min. Duration: 5 min.)
Increases enmity and enhances "ninja tool expertise" effect, but impairs accuracy. Grants a bonus to evasion and critical hit rate when in front of target.
Innin (Lv.40 Ability Delay: 5 min. Duration: 5 min.)
Reduces enmity and impairs evasion. Grants a bonus to accuracy, critical hit rate, and ninjutsu damage when striking target from behind.
I was hoping they'd add more high-damage/low-cost Shurikens, but I've been suggesting a Ninjutsu update since January. Of course people won't use this for the Ninjutsu, but for the enmity, evasion and Ninja Tool Expertise (which starts working at 40!). Who knows; maybe Innin will make Ninjutsu "nuking" possible, in a way that SE originally intended.

"ninjutsu damage when striking target from behind."
I see an issue with this. It's nice but it doesn't help then backwards tanking mobs. So it's kinda moot.
And lastly; lolNIN.
Well, you wouldn't be tanking at all with Innin on; it gives enmity reduction... <_<'
Rather I could see Innin being really useful for THFs; they can SATA NINs while NINs DD from behind. If your tank is good, you could boost THF and NIN damages without having to worry too much about hate.
I personally don't like the enhanced ninjutsu damage when behind the target, mostly because 1) it's not safe to stand behind some monsters and; 2) if you nuke a lot, it's easy to pull hate. Of course, my second point assumes that the enhanced ninjutsu damage is very noticeable (and comes with a little magic accuracy bonus :3) and the enmity reduction isn't too drastic, but we'll just have to wait and see.
Other than that, the update doesn't seem bad.
Hmm. I might start up Ninja again just to try it out. TIEM TO GIT HAIDATE! *fleeeees to Stewie*
