Gaming the System

To whom it may concern:

Tinyb Bard's Slippers: O
Melee Glovesx2: O
Duelist's Tights
: O
Assassin's Poulaines
x2: O
Commodore's Gants
: O
Cleric's Pantaloons: O

A few people still needed Jeuno, but I guess we'll have to do it again for those who missed out on the win today.

Curiously, I did get my hands on something:

Pantalooooons

Not quite as attractive to me as the Pantin Churidars, but still a nice piece for my WHM nonetheless. No one wanted it after all.

On the subject, our LS has an unusual point system. We are deducted one point (as opposed to four for lotting) for relic armors that drop into our inventories. In most Dynamis shells, lotting privileges in primary and secondary entail a deduction in points because of the security of your place in line. However, an item that has been passed in primary and secondary implies that any person still wanting it lacks the security of primary and secondary sets; therefore, it should go to freelot, where any number of people have an equal chance at it.

Without freelotting, a lot of us have tried to "game the system" by deliberately not passing pieces we would like, but do not want to spend four points on. Apparently, this has come to the attention of our LS leaders and the point deduction for dropped relics will be raised. I don't see why we are penalizing members for obtaining armors that no one wants; ideally, no piece of armor should drop to the floor unless everyone has it or does not want it.
